This badge is part of the international "Co-Creating International Youth Spaces in Roblox" educational framework. It validates the holder’s professional capacity to facilitate real-time collaborative learning and non-formal peer education within digital environments under the European DigComp 3.0 framework. The holder successfully structured a live hybrid creation laboratory, implemented a peer-to-peer mentoring "buddy system," and balanced technical system administration with youth well-being support. This achievement is reviewed and verified by a Digital Youth Work trainer.

What you need to do:
Step 1: Launch and manage a live 55-minute team building session using Team Create.
Step 2: Set up the "Buddy System" by pairing up an experienced participant with a newly arrived or drop-in participant to help them settle in.
Step 3: Keep a quick log during the session showing how you balanced your time between supporting the group's well-being and managing the technical settings.
