Promote personal, social and learning to learn key competences

The Cities of Learning platform offers organisers to add skills and competences from the LifeComp: the European framework for the personal, social and learning to learn key competence. LifeComp is a framework to establish a shared understanding of the “personal, social and learning to learn” key competence.
