This badge is part of the international "Co-Creating International Youth Spaces in Roblox" educational framework. It validates the holder’s professional capacity to strategically plan digital infrastructure, manage tech logistics, and secure baseline operational resources under the European LifeComp framework. The holder successfully reviewed cross-border technical constraints, approved target hardware acquisition strategies, and aligned organisational policy with platform safety compliance requirements. This framework and its outputs are verified by a National Agency Assessor.

What you need to do:
Step 1: Review the technical requirements for Roblox Studio and VR/Screen-based hybrid setups.
Step 2: Sign off and approve the resource allocation or budget line for necessary local hardware (purchasing or renting headsets/PCs).
Step 3: Audit and update your local organisation's (parental) consent templates to ensure they fully cover digital platform participation and international server interactions.
