It validates the holder’s professional capacity to strategically plan digital infrastructure, manage tech logistics, and secure baseline operational resources under the European LifeComp framework. The holder successfully reviewed cross-border technical constraints, approved target hardware acquisition strategies, and aligned organisational policy with platform safety compliance requirements. This framework and its outputs are verified by a National Agency Assessor.

What you need to do:
Step 1: Review the technical requirements for Roblox Studio and VR/Screen-based hybrid setups.
Step 2: Sign off and approve the resource allocation or budget line for necessary local hardware (purchasing or renting headsets/PCs).
Step 3: Audit and update your local organisation's (parental) consent templates to ensure they fully cover digital platform participation and international server interactions.
